Peek-a-boo Watercolor Nail Art - Butter London Nail Lacquer

This is the nail art look I created for Butter London's giveaway in honor of their 10th anniversary. To enter the giveaway, we had to recreate the nail art look they posted on their instagram page which was a peek-a-boo styled nail with a French tip.

For my recreation, I went classic with black and white nail polish. I used Butter London's Cotton Buds, a white creme polish, for my base. The triangle in the middle of my nail was outlined using striping tape.

I then used watered down watercolor in red, orange and purple to create the smoky boho look of the triangle. I freehanded the black French tip using Butter London's Union Jack Black.

This was Butter London's nailspiration for this weeks ManiMonday.  I thoroughly enjoyed creating this mani since it a sassy full moon (triangle, rather) and a French tip. :D
